Ms. Gardner has been retained labor and employment counsel to a statewide, unionized non-profit corporation since 1997. In that capacity, she has provides counsel and advice, representation in collective bargaining negotiations and in other matters in various forums, and HR training for managers. Ms. Gardner served as a part-time Associate Magistrate judge for 13 years. Upon retirement from that position, she was appointed a Senior Magistate for Georgia, and retired from that position after two years. Ms. Gardner’s practice long included a focus on Employment Law. She is not accepting new individual clients at this time.
